This receiver mounts in the same location behind the bumper as your permanent winch is designed to mount. You will not be able to have both mounted in this location and you will need to change your winch over to a receiver mount (see #100620) or get a Multi-Mount kit (see UTV-1080). Your other option is to go with the lower receiver mount #105475 if you would like to leave your permanent winch installed.
